1. Introduction

At RuyaAI, we value our users’ satisfaction and strive to provide a reliable and enriching dream interpretation experience powered by artificial intelligence. We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise that warrant a refund request under this policy.

2. Nature of the Service

Dream interpretations in RuyaAI are delivered as an instant digital service. Users purchase credit packages (“Points”) that can be used to interpret dreams. Each point corresponds to one dream interpretation. Because of the immediate nature of the service, refunds are generally not available once the service has been rendered, except in the specific cases outlined below.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A user may request a refund only in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Charge: A payment was processed but the corresponding points were not credited or the service was not delivered.
  • Verified Technical Issue on Our Side: A failure of the RuyaAI system prevented delivery of the service (not caused by the user’s device or internet connection).
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: The user unintentionally purchased the same credit package multiple times within a short period.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds after points have been used and a dream interpretation has been delivered.

  • Dissatisfaction with the interpretation outcome (interpretations are generated based on the user’s input and AI analysis).
  • Issues caused by poor internet connectivity, device malfunctions, or settings outside RuyaAI’s control.
  • Abuse of the service or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Refund Request Procedure

Users must contact us at support@ruya-ai.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. The request must include: the transaction ID, the email address used for the account, and a brief explanation of the issue. Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days (timing may vary depending on the payment processor/bank).

6. Subscriptions & Credit Packages

For recurring subscriptions or automatic top-ups, users can cancel through their account dashboard before the renewal date. Fees collected after renewal are non-refundable unless one of the eligible cases above applies. Unused points remain available in the account until used or expired as stated in the package terms.

7. Currency & Taxes

All charges are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes or bank fees may be deducted. RuyaAI is not responsible for additional charges imposed by payment processors or banks.

8. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, the laws and courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan shall apply.

9. Policy Updates

RuyaAI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
